If your rosary becomes damaged and needs repairing, please go to the Contact page and contact us to make arrangements.

If the break occurs within six months of purchasing the rosary, as a result of normal use (Normal use means for prayer use only. It does not include damage resulting from wearing it as a necklace, storing it in your purse or pocket, sleeping with it, or accidental tugging.), labor to do the repairs will be free, but the customer will be charged for materials and the cost of shipping the parts to Grace Filled Beads.

If the damage/break occurs outside the above guidelines and there are parts missing as a result of the damage, We will do our best to match them with replacement parts. The customer will be charged for parts, labor, and the cost of shipping to and from Grace Filled Beads.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We endeavor to do our best to use quality materials and construction and provide photos of our rosaries in different light settings to provide an opportunity to see the gemstones and metals used as true to their color as possible. Purchases over 10 days delivered without a return notification will be considered satisfactory and will no longer be eligible for an exchange/return.

If your rosary is not what you expected and you wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please email us with your intent within three days of receiving it. Please let us know why you wish to return it and by which shipping method you will be doing it. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 10 days of contact with intent to return so we can process your exchange/refund.

PLEASE NOTE: If your return is not received within the 10 days, we will assume you changed your mind and the item will no longer be available for return and will be non-refundable.

All our items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). When you place your order online, shipping charges will automatically be calculated for you. Packages shipped will include insurance and a tracking number. We do our best to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible by shipping them within 2 business days following your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders will ship upon completion of the custom rosary which will vary depending on the availability of needed rosary making materials.

All information provided with purchasing (ie name, address, email) will not be shared or used for purposes other than transactions between you and Grace Filled Beads. No banking/credit card information is provided to Grace Filled Beads as a result of your purchase either.
